How the allowance works.
The allowance is the only unusual thing about this pricing, so here is exactly how it behaves.
What counts as a sync?
One sync is one dispatched read of one connection at one provider. Every connection is metered separately, so a workspace holding an AWS account and an OpenAI organization spends two syncs each time it refreshes — four connections on a daily schedule work out to roughly 120 syncs in a 30-day month. Scheduled refreshes and the Sync now button draw from the same allowance.
What happens when I hit the cap?
Scheduled refreshes stop for the rest of the calendar month. Nothing is deleted and nothing is locked: the dashboard, exports and invoicing keep working on everything collected so far — the numbers simply stop moving. The allowance resets on the first, and upgrading restarts the schedule the same day.
Can I change plans mid-month?
Yes, from Settings → Billing, as often as you need. Stripe prorates the difference on the next invoice. The new allowance applies immediately, less whatever you have already spent this month, so upgrading on the day you hit the cap gets reads flowing again without waiting for the first.
Are connections really unlimited?
On every paid plan, yes — attach as many AWS accounts, Azure subscriptions, Google Cloud projects and model organizations as you have. What we meter is reads, not attachments, so your plan follows from how often you want the numbers refreshed rather than from how your estate happens to be split up. Free is the exception, capped at three.
